Minnesota Farmers Union member Greg Reynolds from Riverbend Farm in Delano began his organic farming venture after acquiring a degree in physics. Heavily influenced by the back-to-the-land movement following the Vietnam War and thinking that he wanted to "farm someday," Greg set out to grow food in an environmentally responsible manner with as little oil consumption as possible and a long-term view of the future.
Now a veteran farmer, Greg proudly provides fresh, nutritious, and sustainable produce to local restaurants, including the Birchwood Café.
